Health care:Coverage for all health care benefits starts from the date of reporting to work.
Medical Insurance:Employees and their dependent family members are covered under a premium Health plan. This premium plan offers comprehensive coverage for health care - including emergency and preventive care - and is very liberal about the choice of the health.
Life Insurance:Employees are covered under a group insurance plan that provides Life Insurance coverage. Employees may purchase additional coverage.
AD&D:Employees are covered under an Accidental Death and Dismemberment plan that provides a cover up.
After completion of one year of employment, employees may contribute up to 20 percent of their compensation on a pretax basis to the Nico plan.
Vacation Time:Employees are offered with paid vacation plan per year. The vacation days increase with service based on a schedule.
